Why I created RE:UPHOLSTERED
Over the years I've supported hundreds of students, from complete beginners to people building professional skills. And every year I see the same frustrations.
Learners come to me after hours of online tutorials that skip steps, film from awkward angles or don't match the piece in front of them. They're unsure how tight the fabric should be, their corners won't sit neatly, and they never quite know if they're doing it right.
I built this membership to be the support I wish I'd had when I started: clear, patient teaching, close-up demonstrations, and the reasoning behind every step, so you can solve problems on your own.
Why I teach the business side too
I've run my own upholstery business for 10 years, so I know the questions that come next: What do I charge? Where do I buy fabric at trade prices? How do I find customers? That's why the membership includes fabric calculators, supplier lists and business spreadsheets alongside the technique lessons.
