Hi, I’m Amanda.

I’ve been upholstering for 29 years, and run my business Amandas Treasures for 10 years. In that time I’ve worked on everything from traditional furniture restorations to modern reupholstery projects. Upholstery isn’t just my profession, it’s something I genuinely love, and it’s been at the heart of my working life for nearly three decades.

Alongside running my own classes, I also teach in a college setting. That means I’ve supported hundreds of students at every stage of their upholstery journey, from complete beginners to those building professional skills.

And here’s what that experience has taught me:

💁🏻‍♀️ There are so many techniques, tools, fabrics, and processes. It’s easy to get stuck, lose confidence, or feel like you’re the only one struggling with a particular step.

I know exactly where students tend to get stuck, because I see it every year.

It can leave you more confused than when you started, so that’s exactly why I created this space.

Inside my membership, I teach the way I teach in real life.......clearly, patiently, and with close up demonstrations of the details that really matter. I break techniques down into manageable steps and explain not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.
